Natural impatience can be your greatest gift or most intense liability depending on whether or not it’s submitted to God.
Be naturally impatient in your desire to get ripped while building biz, leading fam, following God.
Be extremely patient in the time it takes to results.
This attitude leads to faster results anyways - but longer term too.
Everything you do must deepen your relationship with Christ.
Including your pursuit of fitness.
If not it will be meaningless in the end.

I confronted a client of mine about whether or not he sees himself as a physically intense individual.
Here’s what we learned from Joshua 14:10-12:

Everyone thinks gluttony is about eating unhealthy, but it's really about this:
Wife’s 30th.
Can’t believe I’m so blessed.
Guys said these were the best steaks they’ve had all year even compared to higher ended stuff in Franklin.
Best compliment.
God gave you taste buds for a reason.
You can and should enjoy great food to the glory of God w/ in your cal and protein goals.
This is basic stewardship.
Enjoy responsibly.
You’re called to be profitable with everything Gods given you.
Including your body.
Don’t let anyone tell you fat or average is “not that bad”

"My biggest worry was that stress was literally gonna kill me, and my job has not gotten easier, right? It's still stressful, but I manage it- Like it's night and day the way I approach that part of my life."

If you know you don't have a healthy way to deal with stress, and it's showing up in your habits, on your body.
The answer is not "pushing it down" any longer.
You need an outlet, in the holy spirit - and through physical discipline.
One of the weirdest experiences ever was getting disqualified from an Iron Man then seeing hundreds of dudes way fatter than me cross the the finish line 8 hours later.
Lesson: you could train 15 to 30 hours a week for an iron man and still be fat.
There’s literally zero way around consistent nutritional discipline.
All the fitness bros are wrong.
You don’t need to live like them.
They are not you.
You need to multi what Gods given YOU to create the result of fitness.
Leverage finances to higher chefs and ANY house hold chores
Pay someone with wisdom to help adjust beliefs around your physical stewardship and call you higher
Trying to become THEM is stupid
They are not you
You are you
My wife hates when I undershoot myself.
Literally any belief/ way of operating below who she can clearly see God made me to be is digesting to her.
Literally man’s job to unapologetically live in alignment with who God made them to be.
Don’t have to be perfect but can’t lower standards.
Commit to full expression of excellence.

Few.
There are two types of people in the world.
1. Fat people
2. Fit people
Fat people hate being fit and love being fat. They hate any truth or accountability related to the beliefs and behaviors that make them fat.
Fit people may be temporarily struggling with their body fat levels, but they don’t identify with it or accept it. They may have struggles, need guidance, accountability, and the shifting of beliefs to create a higher likelihood of getting fit and staying fit - but make no mistake, their attitude and identity is very different than a fat person.
It less about body fat percentage and more about attitude/ identity.

All we talk about as Jesus, business, investing, fitness, marriage, parenting.
It’s freaking great.
He’s more ahead in wealth so I ask a ton of qs, I help him a tone with fitness.
Amazing iron sharpening.
Just being around him has already impacted investing decisions + decision making frame.
This is how it should be.
Do not neglect the gathering of believers.
We were not meant to walk the Christian life alone.
