Well goodbye friends. I'm going to wait a few days to deactivate the account, so grab and copy what you need. Between shadowbans and people not engaging with my tweets (but then asking for help in DMs, that's hilarious), I'm doing free 1:1 coaching for several people. Which means a lot of backend work and zero leverage. Not really my thing. Have a great one guys, see you on the other side.

The breakthrough framework that helped me create 5 successful digital businesses and close $92M in online deals. Take multiple small bets with low risk and high reward. My 4-step approach: ⇣ 🔹 Step 1: Create a list of small bets Brainstorm multiple ways to make small investments with limited resources. - Low cost - Low time commitment - But with high potential rewards Examples: - Host 5 live spaces - Do a weekly giveaway - Send 100 cold emails / DMs - Start posting on LinkedIn / IG - Try Pay Per Click on different channels ⇣ 🔹Step 2: Rank the small bets by ease of implementation Reorder the list based on the smallest investment of: - Time - Money - Emotional investment This ensures we prioritize making small bets. ⇣ 🔹Step 3: Take the top 3 bets and create a plan of action For each bet, determine: - Factors that will increase/decrease the success of the bet - Specific steps needed to execute the bet - How to measure the success of the bet ⇣ 🔹Step 4: Launch and evaluate Execute the plan and track success. ⇣ ♳ End the bet if unsuccessful ♴ Double down on the successful ones ♵ Examine possible reasons for their success ♶ Repeat the process and keep iterating to maximize success ⇣ You'll increase your odds of success every time you place a new bet, and keep your downside risk low. Business success is the result of multiple small bets and a few big wins. (works great for life too...) ⇣ Thanks a lot for reading! If you enjoyed this mega-tweet, please: 1. Leave a comment 2. Why do some people like Justin Welsh, JK Molina, and (soon) Kieran Drew make millions online, while others can’t even make a sale? The answer is a 1-word business secret. Learn it (and more) here: ⇣ Most digital creators on Twitter are trying to build the classic “Harry Potter offer”. - 872 page ebook, in 6 volumes - A 72-hour video course - 3 different cohorts - and a pony ⇣ You spend months, even years, building this huge sand castle. You try to sell it and you fail spectacularly. Nobody wants it. ⇣ At the same time, the people who are racking up all the cash have 1 offer. ONE. - @thejustinwelsh has 1 offer - @OneJKMolina has 1 offer - @ItsKieranDrew has 1 offer ⇣ And they work on their ONE offer step by step. Using ONE secret word: MVP A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) allows you to test and validate a SMALL idea with real users and iterate based on their feedback, starting small, and making the product better and better over time. ⇣ An MVP should solve the problem in the simplest way possible. What’s the shorter possible way to help your audience go: From their problems ⇢ to the outcome they want ↳ using your solution? ⇣ For example, if you want to create a fitness workout program for solopreneurs, start with: - A short PDF - A 10 minute video - A Notion page. Now you can test if the idea is viable. ⇣ Your ONE goal at the beginning: - It's not about creating the perfect product - It's about creating a small product to get feedback from your customers ⇣ Benefits for you: - You spend the minimum amount of financial and mental capital - You get feedback on your offer and you keep improving it - You can relaunch your offer as many times as you want - You get the data you need to sell more - You launch and start selling faster Benefits for your customers: - The new customers get a great, market-tested product - The old customer gets continuous improvements and updates ⇣ Here is a step-by-step process to create an MVP, test it, refine it, launch it, and continuously improve it: ⇣ 1 > List the essential features - Identify the key features that make up your MVP, focusing on the ones that deliver your core outcome. ⇣ 2 > Develop the MVP - Build a functional version of your product with the essential features. - The MVP should be simple. ↳ yet functional enough for users to understand its value. ⇣ 3 > Test with a small audience - Select a group of people from your target audience and ask them to test your MVP. ↳ This could be friends, colleagues, or potential customers. ⇣ 4 > Collect feedback - Gather feedback from your test users. - Encourage them to be candid and provide suggestions for improvement. ⇣ 5 > Refine your MVP - Make improvements based on the feedback you’ve received. ⇣ 6 > Launch your MVP - Get testimonials from your early adopters. - Launch it to a broader audience. - Offer early bird pricing. ⇣ 7 > Collect ongoing feedback - Encourage users to provide feedback on their experience with your product. ↳ collect feedback in surveys, email, or social media. ⇣ 8 > Analyze and prioritize feedback - Regularly review the feedback and prioritize the most pressing issues and valuable suggestions. ⇣ 9 > Implement improvements - Continuously update your product based on the feedback ↳ adding new features or making changes as needed. ⇣ 10 > Re-launch and promote - Re-launch your product each time significant improvements are made. - Promote these updates to attract new users and keep existing users engaged. ⇣ There's no perfect product. There's only perfect iteration. Launch, measure, and learn from the results. Then rinse and repeat. ⇣ 🔹 I sold $92M online in 4 years. 🔹 I started 5 successful companies. 🔹 I was named top 1% Founder in Europe. All using growth marketing and digital business systems. 1. Another business mistake I used to make: Continue doing things that aren't working. And it took me a long time to learn the reason why was because I was afraid of admitting I had failed.

Consider the 180-degree strategy for business growth: Instead of asking: 🔹 What can I do to get more sales? Ask: 🔹 How can I create so much value that customers want to buy? Reverse your thinking for better results.

I used to think creating a successful online business was impossible. But then I created several 8+ figure ones. Here's the step-by-step plan: ⇣ Premise: There are several frameworks you can use to create a successful online business. They're all effective to a point. Keep the risk low and the reward high by making small bets and analyzing the data along the way. At the end of the day, you're just a bridge. Helping an audience with a problem reach a solution and a positive outcome. 🔹 Audience + problem 🔹 You / your solution and method 🔹 Your audience outcome / transformation ⇣ 1. Identify a problem you're interested in. What causes you frustration? 🔹 Hobbies 🔹 Pet peeves 🔹 Career struggles Find something you'd like to solve. ⇣ 2. Learn how people want it solved. 🔹 Research forums 🔹 Check Google Trends 🔹 Look at Amazon bestsellers 🔹 Analyze social media current trends 🔹 Look at competitor products and strategy Don't rush this step. Keep researching until you know what your potential customers WANT (not what you think they need). NOTE: Make sure people are ALREADY spending money to solve the problem. ⇣ 3. Create a minimum viable product (MVP). It should solve the problem in the simplest way possible. For example, if you want to create a workout program, start with a simple short PDF, a 10 minute video, or even just a Notion page. Now you can test if the idea is viable. ⇣ 4. Get feedback from early adopters. Test your MVP with early adopters. You can use your friends, your current customers, and your small social circles, on Twitter, on Reddit. There are unlimited possibilities. Keep it simple. Ask for feedback and take it seriously. Just make sure they have these requirements: 🔹 They have the problem you’re targeting. 🔹 They won't hold back when giving feedback. ⇣ 5. Improve your product. Take the feedback and make improvements. Release a new version and get feedback again. Keep improving until you have a MVP people love. ⇣ 6. Build a small audience. The hardest part of any business is getting people to care. You don’t need a big audience to sell. You can sell with 500 followers. If you don’t sell with 500 followers, you won’t sell with 50,000. The best way to build an audience is to: 🔹 Help people way before the buy. 🔹 Connect with people in your industry. ⇣ 7. Launch. When you're ready, launch your product. 🔹 Get testimonials from your early adopters. 🔹 Offer early bird pricing to your audience. At the very beginning, I recommend using Paid advertising on Twitter and other platforms to speed up things. ⇣ 8. Scale. Once your business is up and running, it's time to scale. The best way to scale is to: 🔹 Hire others to help you. 🔹 Automate as many processes as possible. 🔹 Find new channels to reach potential customers. Keep on improving your product, keep on launching it over and over again, every time you add something and make it better. In time, start to diversify both in terms of products and channels to make your business growth sustainable in the long term. ⇣ I used to think creating a successful online business was impossible. But as it turns out, it's simply a matter of: 🔹 Identifying a problem 🔹 Creating a solution 🔹 Getting feedback 🔹 Improving Then: 🔹 Building an audience 🔹 Launching 🔹 Scaling It's a process, but if you stick to it, you can create a successful online business too. ⇣ 15 years ago: 🔸 I started with $0 (-$12 in my bank account. 🔸 I changed jobs 5 times in the first 2 years. 🔸 I tried freelancing and I was miserable. 🔸 I got fired by my best friend. Now: 🔹 I sold $92M online in 4 years. 🔹 I started 5 successful companies. 🔹 I was named top 1% Founder in Europe. 🔹 I made +4300% returns from trading and investing. All using growth marketing and digital business systems. Learn all my secrets: 1. Follow me: @GabrielsSystems 2. Sign up to the GrowthX newsletter 📩 (check my bio)
