BREAKING: Man Arrested in connection to Katie Suarez Killing Walked Out of Precinct in Handcuffs
Sayed Mohassib, 27, a city Education Department employee, was arrested and charged with murder, tampering with physical evidence and criminal possession of a weapon.
Victim, Suarez, 28, was stabbed in the neck on Oct. 30 while running along the Shore Parkway greenway near Caesar's Bay in Bath Beach. Her father found her after she did not meet her parents on the path, and she died Monday.

NEW: A 28-year-old woman was stabbed in the neck while jogging on a Brooklyn bike path Friday night and was left in critical condition.
The NYPD said officers responded at about 8:16pm to a path near Bay Parkway and Cropsey Avenue in Bath Beach, which runs alongside the Belt Parkway. Victim was taken to NYU Langone hospital in Brooklyn.
