This year's retreat was a cruise from Helsinki to Tallinn with over 140 staff, students and visitors on board. We enjoyed excellent talks, were stimulated by a panel discussion, and had a mindfulness workshop followed by nice strolls in the Old Town #BIretreat23 @HiLIFE_helsinki
