Had a bit going on of late! A thrill as always to work with the @HarperCollinsAU team and @GarthTander on his first book documenting an incredible motorsport career. Pre orders now open, book release is end of September.
I am yet to work out what priorities car rental companies have in Australia, with regard to how they run their business.
What I do know is customer service and product delivery are not top priorities…
