I know people get passionate about him, but this is coming from purely a footballing perspective.
What an absolute shocking decision sacking JB turned out to be. Let’s be real. Nails have been hammered into our coffin ever since.

I got hammered for this last week but the reality is, another real flat and dull atmosphere at the Mem.
It’s okay though, we had a good rendition of Goodnight Irene and sang over half of ‘when the gas go marching in’.
Gills fans singing ‘is this a library’ and you can’t argue.
Unpopular opinion but, it feels like the football club is dying.
The club needs a fresh start and a new look. Update the crest, give the fans a drum, make it feel different.
Every other club is pushing on and progressing, whilst we’re stuck in our ways and going backwards.
Like it or not the sacking of JB always was going to be an awful decision. The size of the job that was done is simply not recognised by some. Many fans warned of the consequences, and we’re now living it
Crowds WERE up
Standard of football WAS better
Feel good factor WAS higher
Felt it was unjust for the job we had done. Turned around a really dysfunctional club. Got it working more effectively. Then the business was sold (due to our success) and absolute imbeciles from the Middle East took over and created this current dysfunctional version.
Bristol Rovers will outlive these current custodians. Ships in the Night.
Bristol Rovers will always remember our promotion. One of the greatest ever!
