Texas Senator-elect James Talarico says he's ready to work with President Trump, pointing to several issues where the Democrat believes they can find common ground.
Talarico gives Trump credit for doing a better job securing the border than the previous administration, while pushing for comprehensive immigration reform that includes more legal pathways and a path to citizenship for longtime undocumented immigrants.

Moody has been extremely helpful working with the Teamsters to protect workers’ pensions, defend good-paying jobs, and support well-funded union apprenticeship programs. The Teamsters look forward to working with Sen. Moody in her role on the Senate HELP Committee to pass the Faster Labor Contracts Act and get this critical legislation signed into law to protect American workers.
