There is no place for tenancy fraud in Croydon.
We’re working with the Cabinet Office and Airbnb to identify Council homes being illegally sublet for private profit.
If you are abusing the system, you risk losing your home. Council housing must go to residents who genuinely need it.

We’ve launched Pothole Patrol, announced new playgrounds and outdoor gyms, stepped up zero-tolerance enforcement and driven forward major regeneration.

Councils across England are paying 2026 rents while Whitehall reimburses them using a formula frozen in 2011.
Local services suffer. Taxpayers pick up the bill.

A Battle of Britain Memorial Flight flypast will take place over Kenley Airfield on Sunday 16 August at 1pm, commemorating the Hardest Day.
We’re hoping to see a Spitfire taking to the skies, although this will depend on weather conditions and technical considerations on the day
