This is an incredible time, really good club runner level. The body can’t take the explosive running of pro football anymore but can still take stress of moderate pace endurance running. Completely different training, a mental battle on long training runs 👏🏻
🏴🏅 James Milner after running the New York Marathon in an incredible 3 hours and 9 minutes:
🗣️ Milner: "I’ve been trying to do three or four runs a week, building up the mileage. It’s been a bit of a transition, obviously. It’s completely different to playing football. Football’s multi-directional, lots of high-intensity runs. I’ve always had a pretty good engine."
"My longest run in preparation? Longest I’ve done is just over 32 kilometres. I hit 30 another couple of times, and then just used AI really for a training program."

These fridges being hacked and the comments. People are posting for engagement and aren’t that unaware of how things work. Right?
Is this the world now. People just posting stupid shit like it’s common sense
Why have we allowed a world that doesn’t function without a mobile with you. Can’t even go for a run now without qr codes and account set ups.
Everything an account now, open an app like @Strava and pestered for premium. Guys I didn’t sign up first 1000 pop ups, take a hint
A decent percentage of dog walkers remain the biggest selfish arseholes about. On every run you can set your clock by some dog cutting you off and the owner either blaming you or thinking it’s hilarious
We’ve got many good players who have performed well and won us trophy’s under Rodgers/ange/rodgers. With every other manager certain players have struggled, new signings struggle. It’s the lack of a system as hinted at by ccv today. We’re back to relying on individual moments
We watched a World Cup were teams with inferior squads outperformed us, people said weve no got the players.
Modern football/fitness is data and analytics driven. We employed 74yr old who thot xg a load of shite. Modern coaches have players performing cumulatively above level
This management team wouldn’t get a job outwith lower half English championship and below yet we let them spend millions and take us into CL qualifiers. Were not a serious club. Surviving on others being poor. Luck eventually running out. Boardroom down needs changed drastically
McFadden went from “it looked off” to you need definitive proof to go against on-field decision in a few days. Brilliant punditry
Steve Clarke is the perfect manager for some Scottish people. Manages expectations to expect failure, so failure feels normal, far too many Scot’s are comfortable with failure
Best group in years, reached tournaments as they expanded, barely created a chance in 9 games at them
Celtic won the league. Hearts thot they had but didn’t. Heartbreaking for them for sure. Pitch invasion shouldn’t happen to goad opposition…..but ffs get over it lads, no one cheated, you lost games we won its sport 😅🙈 a generational meltdown it’s embarrassing. Grown men 😅

CHAMPIONS AGAIN!
🏆 Celtic are crowned Champions of Scotland for the FIFTH season in a row!
Huge congratulations to Martin O’Neill and the Bhoys
#Champion5 | #CelticFC🍀🏆
Alastair Johnson a one man wrecking ball on that right side. Bodied every hearts player. Exactly what was needed
Var increased accurate decision from 92% to 98%. Still some wild decisions, fans/pundits we don’t really know the rules. The problem is bias we all have and an inability to accept a decision that goes against our team. It didn’t cost hearts the lge, just removed their safety net
Print Media running front pages stating not to vote snp.
Labour and reform given preference in media and huge finances behind campaigns. Not one of their leaders won a constituency seat. Utterly rejected by voters but will sneak in on list seat. Not one ounce of humility shown
