Bro, as someone who has lived in different cities and communities, I can tell you for free that if you live in a Black Axe dominated area, you are very safe. There's just something about the orientation of the NBM, that follows them in everything they do. The place I live is the most peaceful place in my state, take it or leave it and it's because the Black Axe dominates here. I can wake up by 1am and leave my house and I'll not encounter a single eiisss. I have trekked back to my house by 12 midnight and I have never had a single encounter with anybody. You think this is not a flex until you try this in Ajah, Diobu or Mile 12. I'm telling you that even as a stranger, nobody dares to harass you where I live. Are the cult boys active? Lol. They call where I stay Aso Rock and everyday, people bring different matters for judgement and if you're fault, they'll first mend you before handing you over to the police. I don't think you understand. If you have lived in communities like Ajah, Fadeyi, Diobu, Eleme or Borokiri, you'll understand what I'm talking about. Who are you to come out at night? And these communities have different cult groups heading them. It is very hard before you hear that a Black Axe member sees you on the road and obtains you as a stranger, but you can't say same for other popular cult groups. They was one time I met their number one to report something to him and you know what he told me: "Here is where you find justice. I have seen this man nearly kpai his boy in public because they caught him stealing. There's no other cult group you'll go report to their head as a non member and expect justice.
