Yeah so still has 1 to play with. And it resets in January now. He's a guy who really only provides defence and tough play, so he needs to get multiple "4th fight" suspensions. That's what he does

Agreed

Take notes Colorado Avalanche, you should send back your NHL drafted import to the #OHL for his overage season next year!

My 3 stars: 1- Paolo Frasca (Win, stopped 44/46 and 6/6 in the shootout) 2- Matthew Humphries (SO loss, stopped 28/30 and 5/6 in the shootout) 3- Artem Gonchar (1A, SO goal, -1, 2 shots) #NYR

#Gens outscored Sudbury 2-0 at even strength but Sudbury got 2 goals on the man advantage and win 3-2 in the SO. That was a really good game for the #Gens where they dominated the top team in the East at even strength the whole night. But their PP lost them the 2nd point

Cloutier: no goal❌ Nemec: no goal❌ Taylor: no goal❌ Kwajah: no goal❌ Therrien: no goal❌ Adams: no goal❌ Pape: no goal❌ Chovan: no goal❌ Funck: no goal❌ Lemieux: no goal❌ Kalto: no goal❌ Gonchar: goal✅

What an unbelievable job by the #Gens PK tonight. 7/8 including a 4-on-3 kill in OT for for over 2 minutes

Timeout #Wolves with 48 seconds left to get their PP1 back out. The unit is Chovan-Lemieux-Nemec-Gonchar. #Gens PK unit is Kalto-Franssen-Funck

Matthew Humphries robs JC Lemieux cross crease. 1:17 left on the PK

Chovan got high sticked I guess. He was crawling off so assumed his leg but it was his face. They review it and #Gens are given a 4 minute penalty. That’s tough. Sudbury to their 8th (!) powerplay. This one a 4-on-3

#Gens 2-on-1 but Frasca with another big save. He’s been really good on this one. Jan Chovan went down and struggled to get off there

Harrison Franssen blows by JC Lemieux twice there back to back but Frasca stops both. Horrendous D-zone effort from Lemieux there

#Gens get 4 more shots but don’t score. They’re 0/6 on the powerplay tonight with 18 shots. Game is going to overtime tied 2-2. Shots are 41-26 #Gens (14-6 #Gens that period)

After at least 5 50/50 plays that all went Sudbury’s way with no calls, they call Genc Ula for pulling down Pape. #Gens to the powerplay in a tie game with 1:54 left

Artem Gonchar takes down Mark Pape then turns around to argue the call. Except their was no call

Sudbury with their first good powerplay in their last 6 attempts but the #Gens kill it off. #Gens PK is now 6/7 tonight with only 9 total shots given up, while getting 3 shorthanded shots

Weakkkk slashing call on Rogowski. Sudbury to their 7th powerplay

Sudbury adds Tanner Adams to PP1 for the first time tonight and he takes a hooking penalty after they don’t get a shot in the first 1:23. 4-on-4 for 37 seconds. #Wolves PP is now 1/6 with just 5 total shots

Therrien for crosschecking. #Wolves to their 6th (!) powerplay

Bad change by the #Gens gives Sudbury a good chance but big save by Matthew Humphries. Then a big block by Mark Pape, with his chest
