Bullish news for Bitcoin and Crypto 👉🏻 Elon Musk’s Tesla @Tesla and SpaceX @SpaceX are exploring a merger that would combine their Bitcoin holdings into one of the largest non-mining corporate treasuries. In a time where global corporations and institutions are rallying to leverage crypto through bitcoin $btc treasuries, tokenized assets and other key blockchain infra, we should be really optimistic about the future of the industry.  Presently, Tesla holds 11,509 BTC and SpaceX holds 18,712 BTC, for a combined total of 30,221 BTC worth roughly $2.5 billion at recent prices near $83,000 Neither company sold any Bitcoin in the third quarter. Tesla booked a large unrealized gain on its position, while SpaceX’s holdings also appreciated with the price. Elon confirmed on SpaceX’s Q3 earnings call that independent director committees at both companies have been formed to review a potential combination. No terms have been agreed, and he has described the process as exploratory rather than certain. If this deal pulls through, the merged entity would be around sixth among publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holders, trailing only Strategy and a handful of others. The combined cost basis sits near $1 billion, implying an average acquisition price of roughly $35,000 per coin. If you’ve been following my posts, you’d know that this potential merger puts renewed focus on corporate Bitcoin treasuries at a time when institutional ownership continues to expand through ETFs and company balance sheets.  Steady lads, steady 💎🤲🏽

Caught the XAU/USD dump from 4127 to 4070 ish. I'd been waiting for the bearish continuation pennant to break and expand price downwards. It's interesting that the Asians ended up making it happen. Thanks to Xi Jinping, Tokyo, Seoul and frens 🤝
Shock Therapy as nearly $1 trillion gets wiped out across six major Asian stock markets today. Some are already calling it “Black Thursday.” Major indices closed sharply lower: Hong Kong’s Hang Seng: - 3.03% (22,934)  South Korea’s Kospi: - 3.52% (5,534) Japan’s Nikkei 225: - 2.65% (62,908) China’s CSI 300: -1.84% (4,036), sliding into bear market territory (down ~20% from its June peak) The main catalysts were renewed worries over the profitability of massive AI infrastructure spending (following mixed U.S. tech earnings) and rising oil prices above $110/barrel after fresh Houthi attacks on Saudi targets, which heightened geopolitical risk. Crypto felt some of the pressure, with Bitcoin $BTC falling from yesterday’s highs near $84k to around $81.5 - 82k. Gold $XAU also slipped, trading down toward the $4,050 - $4,080 area. It’s a reminder of how interconnected global markets have become. Events in Asia can quickly ripple worldwide and this raises the question of whether more people will eventually look to decentralized finance as one way to reduce exposure to these kinds of correlated shocks.

Crypto is transitioning from a "get-rich-quick" playground into a decentralized, dynamic utility infrastructure. This basically means that the opportunities for everyday users and workers are still numerous (but have changed form), so you have to adapt by learning skills and growing with the industry. Hitting the bullseye involves building skills that are indispensable to the industry. If you're going to remain relevant in CT, some important stuff you could learn in-depth include: • Marketing :- what do CT brands want? How to grow traction, attract users, and pitch yourself as a DeFi marketer. Stuff like video content creation, investigative writing, general copywriting, AI marketing, and so on. • Trading :- Leveraged Perp trading, trading odds on prediction markets, memecoins, and so on (it's interesting that many DeFi metas have come and gone but memecoin trading still remains). • Programming (Yes, includes but not limited to Vibecoding) :- lots of Chads winning grants, hackathons, and building useful CT products with AI-assisted coding removing the barrier of entry. Vibecoding and AI prompt engineering are probably some of the most useful modern skills you can decide to learn. • RWA & Institutional Compliance :- bridging the gap between DeFi and TradFi as giants like Deutsche Bank move in. Stuff like tokenization frameworks, regulatory compliance, data privacy protocols, and understanding how off-chain assets move on-chain. So if you're a lawyer or legal consultant you can decide to specialize in this. • On-Chain Data Analytics :- parsing raw blockchain data to find an edge rather than just trading on vibes. Learning tools like Dune Analytics, tracking smart money/whale movements, and analyzing protocol health metrics for marketing or trading teams In the end, thinking long-term is the only way to get positioned.
This is the wrong time to sit on the sidelines. The Crypto industry is obviously accumulating momentum for the next big push. Deutsche Bank (Germany's largest bank with $1.98 trillion in scale) is now driving  towards  broader institutional crypto custody. This will include Bitcoin, Ether, and selected stablecoins like USDC, EURC and EURAU. Basically, the bank holds the keys for corporate and institutional clients and has already expanded this crypto front into Asian Financial markets while the German launch is expected within weeks They're also looking at Tokenized deposits, blockchain-based securities (like digital bonds), Stablecoin conversion and other RWA solutions. From Morgan Stanley’s $10 Trillion RWA projection, to other institutional move for adoption (like what Deutsche bank is pulling), it's a no brainer that the next few years will see crypto blow up like never before. You should be locked in on crypto now more than ever.

The $1W token sale went live 3 hours ago and it’s already over subscribed ( too bullish )💀 I've been looking forward to this one because 1WIN is one of the biggest crypto casinos and is fully audited by Certik and Halborn.  They have a traditional casino branch and a crypto casino branch which alone  has pulled over $140M in deposits  At a $30M FDV, you can join the Presale and grab some  $1WIN for  $0.03   There's only 130M tokens ($3.9M) available for the sale. Proportional allocations and excess USDC refunds will be issued in the case of oversubscription.  Join in here 👉🏻 1wintoken.com  Also, 10% of the token is set aside for buy backs and burns and Presale buyers get 100% unlocked at TGE  Make sure to do your own research See you on the side that prints @1win @1winToken 💸
1win Token SALE IS LIVE a historic day for us 1wintoken.com/?source=x&ad_c…

It's one thing to grind hard and make money in CT, it's another thing to ensure that your funds remains safe. The African in me would never allow me save hundreds of thousands of dollars entirely onchain. There's always the feeling of 'what if something happens' and events like this show that something can actually happen. Stay safe guys
What comes to mind when you hear of the Ledger scam is how sophisticated scammers in crypto have become. Earlier in April, we saw the Drift protocol exploit where $285M was lost after a terrible but genius six months of social engineering, with the hackers going as far as attending crypto events and posing as a real company. Now these guys have stolen $86M of users’ funds by acting as a legit supply chain distributor, gaining trust with Ledger as an authorized reseller (CryptoBilis in Southeast Asia). Devices sold through them appear to have been tampered with, including at least one with an unauthorized hardware implant, allowing the attackers to drain wallets across Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, and other chains. Ledger’s own systems were not compromised, but users who bought from this channel in the past 90 days have been told not to set up new devices and to move funds to a fresh seed if they already did. So how do we stay safe when it seems like nothing is safe in crypto anymore? -> One of the most important steps is to diversify your portfolio. Never hold all your funds in one place.  Cold wallets were supposed to be the holy grail of blockchain security, but with how sophisticated scams are becoming, it makes sense to still diversify across different cold wallets and private inactive wallets (maybe even diversify to fiat and hold in strong currencies like USD and EUR). Most importantly, we need to find stronger and more sustainable fixes for the insecurity problem in our industry. If we cannot find lasting solutions to the fundamental issue of security, then gaining useful adoption might never happen.

This is a must read for anyone building in ( founders, startups, marketing agencies ) 2026.  Regardless of what you're shipping, marketing and visibility will always be a major hurdle before your product gains real adoption.  To get the most from what Stacy has written, you should focus on her tips for zero-cost marketing.  Practical examples can be seen in how lots of brands utilize AI  for video and image marketing graphic designs, copywriting and so on We also see projects massively boost their visibility by building Founder / Team  Persona focused marketing.  Examples are  teams from projects like Jumper, Succinct, Sign, Monad and many others which we significantly felt the social presence of .  Obviously, the big players recognize this as well. In a  more  recent example  we see Jeremy Allaire - CEO of Circle - pushing Arc Network and building influence on his socials to help the project gain more visibility  The bottom line is that Stacey’s article is genius  (if you know what you're doing as a founder / Dev)

Arc Mainnet is live. Arc launches as the Economic OS for the internet: an open platform for global markets, real-time value movement, tokenized assets, and agentic economic activity. Arc is more than a blockchain. It launches as a full-stack financial platform with assets, applications, interoperability, developer infrastructure, and Circle platform services live from day one. Arc delivers USDC as native gas, deterministic sub-second finality, EVM compatibility, and institutional validators. It integrates with Arc Studio, App Kits, Arc Portal, Circle Agent Stack, CCTP, Gateway, CPN, and StableFX. A complete economic platform at genesis. Arc launches with infrastructure for: → Agentic economic workflows → Lending and borrowing → Trading and liquidity → Onchain FX → Payments and settlement → Tokenized assets → Exchanges, wallets, custody, compliance, data, and developer tooling 190+ institutional and ecosystem builders are building across Arc.

Airdrop meta is dead? then who are those accumulating JB points? Ends August 31st, short and precise!!! Participate in their trading contest to earn JB Points and also share in a $30k price pool. It's also probably the most innovative Trading contest I've seen in a while because all participants have a fair chance, regardless of capital. link to jetbit: tinyurl.com/signup-jetbit Instead of using volume and size, it's ranked by ROI% instead → Basically, each user competes in their own ‘Balance’ tier. ☢️ make sure to connect your x and complete social quest So a small account can genuinely top its tier and earn some nice rewards. It ends on August 31, so don't waste time before getting started @JETBIT. 👇🏽
$30K up for grabs. You're competing within your tier and climbing the leaderboard by ROI, not dollar profit. Competition ends August 31st: jetbit.com/tj-competition

I've been trading with @EquityEdgeUK for a few months now. They have very affordable challenge accounts starting from as low as $9 for a 1 step and $11 for 2 step . My journey trading with them really helped improve my trading psychology while managing expenses. I got funded on two accounts but didn't make it to payout, the I passed two new accounts last week and I'm currently waiting for the live accounts which take about 3 days to be issued. To be honest, their service is quite fine basically and while there are mixed reviews here and there, one thing I've noticed is that you'll get paid if you follow the rules which are stated on the website. You can currently get a free instant account of same size as any 1 step or 2 step you purchase and 100k instant account for as low as $70 (check discord for discount codes)
