How many Revios does it take to sequence 10K biobank samples over how many years? Does the biobank have pure, high molecular weight DNA stored away in those freezers?

The Estonia National Biobank at @unitartu selects #Revio to sequence 10,000 human whole genomes. This project is a great example of the ability of Revio to deliver a differentiated solution in large, multi-thousand-sample WGS projects. Details 馃憠 bit.ly/3TwJQ21

There are no error bars, no experiment details, and no workup of the chemistry/wavelength analysis, I'll treat this how I treat someone who pats the pokie machine before having a slap for now. While it's probably true, scientists expect a little more rigour...

Anyone else notice the comeback of Complete Genomics on LinkedIn? Acquired by BGI many years ago after release of Revelocity, disappeared then risen from the ashes for sales in the USA. But "It's our 18th Anniversary".
