yall don’t actually want original movies if you won’t go see Wildwood. > director is adamantly anti AI > the entire film was handcrafted puppets and environments > some of the best action of the year right up there with The Odyssey > made me cry twice in the theater

So, assuming Carol at 10% of her power can't even fire energy blasts, much less fly, that means this team is shaping up as five people who can punch real hard...plus Superman. Riveting stuff 😑

Post Rogue carol has dealt with power loss 3 major times: 1-Busiek explored how losing binary was like losing her rebuilt life 2-Reed as Cru left her with unstable powers, which tied into her run long fear of herself 3-KSD explored the importance of flight to her identity

colton gets to wear carol’s colors and be the powerhouse and save the day while she operates at 10%, loses her flight which is core to her identity and goes through an arc she’s already been through 👍🏾 on top that she may be relapsing too?

carol has canonically tanked nukes and completely mitigated the explosion with no sweat before. she was standing right next to him. therefore, the only logical conclusion is that she let this happen because she wants natasha for herself.

every time someone hates Carol for being "too powerful" or "not earning her powers" (in a franchise where an asthma-riddled kid became a super soldier via injection) I know their real problem is something else. AND she gets her ass handed to her PLENTY in this film's first half😭
