Today, November 7, is my father‘s birthday. We rejoice in knowing that, even though we still miss having him here, he is at home in the presence of Almighty God. EXCLUSIVE: A Honduran illegal alien who was arrested by ICE in Minnesota during Operation Metro Surge, issued a deportation order, then ordered released from ICE detention by a Clinton-appointed federal judge on "due process" grounds has now been arrested & charged w/ raping a woman in her Minnesota home while working as a handyman after his release. Police say the rape was captured on the woman’s internal home surveillance video.
Authorities in Ramsey County, MN have charged 42-year-old MARCOTULIO MELENDEZ DIAZ with felony 1st degree criminal sexual penetration w/ coercion. According to the criminal complaint, on October 11th, MELENDEZ DIAZ allegedly overpowered and repeatedly raped the female victim in her own home in Mounds View, MN against her will while working as a handyman, and the assault was captured on the woman’s internal home surveillance system video. He is in custody on $150,000 bond and will face up to 30 years in prison if convicted. ICE has placed a detainer on him.
ICE sources tell FOX that MELENDEZ DIAZ was initially caught and released at the Texas border by the Biden administration in April 2024. ICE arrested him in Minnesota in January 2026 during Operation Metro Surge and transferred him to ICE detention in Texas where he initially crossed the border illegally. An immigration judge issued him a deportation order on 3/30/2026 and MELENDEZ DIAZ appealed. But on 8/7/2026, a federal judge in the Western District of Texas, Judge Orlando L. Garcia (Clinton appointee) ordered MELENDEZ DIAZ released from ICE custody and granted his habeas petition on grounds of “due process”, and MELENDEZ DIAZ made his way back to Minnesota.
The Board of Immigration Appeals then rejected MELENDEZ DIAZ’s appeal on 10/9/2026 and issued him a final deportation order, and two days later, police say he raped the Minnesota woman in her home.
Frustrated ICE sources say this alleged rape would have never happened if MELENDEZ DIAZ had remained in ICE custody.
I’ve reached out to Judge Garcia’s office & courtroom deputy for comment.

While everyone expected a reaction, he talked about the White House ballroom and signed the final steel beam. They hoisted it on a red cable and a blue cable together.
That’s the signal.
He’s not bracing for a fight. He’s already won. Now he’s choosing to be fair — even to people who hate him.
Democrat leaders chose evil and sold the country out. The voters got dragged. So he holds the leaders accountable and helps the voters. Staged fights so they feel like they’re still winning while they get pulled back to reality.
The golden age doesn’t start when Republicans win. It starts when Democrats realize that because of Trump, both parties and all Americans won.

A Kansas postal worker was just indicted by a federal grand jury.
Agents raided her garage and found 4,404 pieces of undelivered mail.
394 of them were political mailers.
EVERY SINGLE ONE was for Republicans.
The indictment says agents found "no political mail related to candidates of any other political party."
Not one Democrat flyer.
Just ours.
This was a mail carrier with a rural route in Pittsburg, Kansas, sitting on GOP campaign mail right before the election.

🚨 15-year-old Austin Payne was murdered on Halloween in Albany, GA.
Armed individuals (three teens + a 22-year-old) confronted his group, demanded belongings, and opened fire. He called his mom around 8pm: “Mama, I’ve been shot!”

🚨 BREAKING:
A missing memory card just flipped a Georgia House race.
Republican Gerald Greene was down 58 votes to Democrat Harry James.
Then officials found uncounted votes in Seminole County during routine checks, a 388-vote discrepancy, and Greene is now reportedly ahead by 262.
If it holds, Democrats will have only a ONE-seat majority in the Georgia House. Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has opened an investigation.
My take:
A whole memory card of votes went missing and nobody noticed until a routine check. Imagine how many races are decided by margins smaller than that.
This isn't a conspiracy theory, it's a basic accountability problem.
Paper ballots, hand counts where possible, and full audits.
Every legal vote should count, and counting them shouldn't depend on luck. 🗳️
