@AmericanAir absolutely awful experience tonight from MIA to SEA five plus hour delay then cancelled flight. No one at gates to help people affected. Ran out of vouchers for hotel. First flight is in 2 days.
Follow up on my experience with @AmericanAir They claim the delay was due to weather despite the fact that the plane that was affected by weather showed up hours before the flight was cancelled. The actual flight was cancelled due to lack of crew to park ….cont
How you continue to have incompetence after Incompetance is shocking. Inbound flight late. You forget to have a crew to unload it. Finally get a crew and board to have a maintenance issue, fix that sort of then no crew to push the plane back. Finally the crew times out
