New data from a multicenter longitudinal PAF cohort: MDS prodromal MSA criteria identified nearly all future MSA cases (92–100% sensitivity), but specificity was modest. Patients who phenoconverted to MSA were younger and had more severe urinary dysfunction and greater orthostatic heart rate responses. These findings may help refine early MSA prediction and clinical trial enrollment. loom.ly/sjAsOec

Looking for a colleague! We have a vacancy for a gastroenterology consultant to join our vibrant team in one of the most beautiful parts of England.
Cornwall is great for family life but is no walk in the park. We need a “jack of all trades” gastroenterologist to manage a diverse and intellectually stimulating caseload, but with opportunities to sub-specialise.
Please spread the word and get in touch if interested.
