I remember when I used to gift a lot of subs to people, and I can honestly say that, with the wrong intentions, it was an easy way to grow and get verified. I started streaming in 2023, and within just three months, I was verified. Then life changed. I started investing and buying my own property, and I could no longer afford to waste money like that. It was crazy to see how quickly the chat's energy changed. Everyone would hype you up, make you feel important, and show you love. But the moment you say your pockets are empty and you can't gift anymore? GGs. 🤣 Now, the same people and places where I used to be one of the biggest gifters don't even seem to remember I exist. So now, it's time to build a genuine community from scratch, without relying on gifts or money. It's not a complaint; it's a lesson I've learned.
