Today, we said goodbye to my uncle, Air Vice Marshal Ved Prakash Kala, VM. A distinguished aviator, he was one of only two IAF officers identified as both an A1-rated flying instructor and a qualified test pilot. A life devoted to the skies and to the service of Bharat.
