People who didn't say a word about the Islamophobic & racist abuse @AbdulElSayed faced are now feigning outrage that he was too aggressive with a reporter. The journalist has been trolling El Sayed for a while and his commentary here should give you a sense of his politics.
BREAKING: Democratic candidate Abdul El-Sayed has won the Michigan Senate race, NBC News projects.

Are you joking?
You freaks would have expelled him over insufficient deference to Israel.
When you vilify, smear and demonise good people who refuse to let your hate define them, other good people don't stand by.
They stand up and vote for hope over fear.
Congratulations @AbdulElSayed 🎉

I'm confused, is it now BBC policy that they should not invite on anyone who has made a racist remark? That's like half their guests.
The BBC has admitted it should not have invited an influencer who has been accused in the past of making remarks that were anti-Semitic and in support of the Iranian regime to be a guest on a live television show.

Hasan Piker banned from entering Britain. Sally Rooney unable to sell her books here. Now Andreas Malm barred from the country.
All for speaking out against Israel’s genocide of the Palestinian people.
This is Andy Burnham’s Britain.
An authoritarian Labour government that continues to arm a genocide while criminalising those who dare to oppose it.
Shame on them all.

🚨 NEW: Ofcom says all adults should have to use their ID to access social media.
• Ofcom has recommended four methods for verifying users’ ages ahead of the UK’s ban on social media for under-16s, which is due to come into force in March next year.
• The four methods suggested, subject to government approval, are photo ID matching, banking-based checks, live facial age estimation and digital ID.
• The regulator noted that verifying the ages of 16 and 17-year-olds is challenging because many do not have credit cards, full driving licences or passports.
• Ofcom chief executive Dame Melanie Dawes said the ban can work if firms carry out highly effective age checks, and that the regulator will take action against companies that fail to comply.
