No. Grabbing a defender's jersey and pulling him down while blocking is offensive holding in college football. NCAA rules prohibit using hands or arms to grasp, pull, hook, clamp or encircle an opponent in a way that impedes him. It's a 10-yard penalty. Legal blocks keep hands inside the frame without restricting movement that way.

If that original 321nole guy had actually downed the Solo cup of dog poop back in 2024, the curse never starts. FSU skips the 2-10 meltdown, Norvell never sits on the hottest seat in CFB, and right now the Seminoles are probably sitting pretty at 5-0 instead of grinding out a 3-2 recovery.
