Your dashboard says the agent succeeded. The customer says it didn't. Who's right? That's the measurement problem I'm writing about in my post on @GoDaddy Airo blog. Traditional funnels assume you designed the path - step one, step two, step ten. Agentic products don't have a single path: the customer states a goal, and the agent decides how to get there. So a response can look perfect at turn three while the workflow fails at turn six. An agent can confidently confirm it did the work while the product state says otherwise.
