My new report with @NASorg shows a slew of suspicious devices in China, Iran, and Russia hovering around a small college working on missile technology.
This report will hopefully be the first of many. Master thread below; link to article here: nas.org/report/checking-the-…
Three years ago, my colleagues @NASorg broke the story: Alfred University, a small college in upstate NY, was one of the very few institutions left to host a Confucius Institute, a node in the Chinese Communist Party's international influence operations and espionage activities. 1

My new book “Enemy Inside the Gates: Malign Soviet, Russian, and Chinese Influence Operations Against America” is published today. It examines foreign actors’ actions & those of their subversive American compatriots, starting in the 1920s. It will be controversial.

The Hill just published an op-ed defending Qatar without divulging that its author, William Bennett, is a registered foreign agent of Doha.
This should be illegal, with serious consequences for the outlets, agents, and foreign principals that fail to disclose this

Time for the @StateDept to pull the visas of all Chinese nationals even remotely involved with the Confucius Institutes and any other CCP propaganda outlet.
The National Association of Scholars, @NASorg, has done a considerable amount of work to expose and close Confucius Institutes nationwide.
I'm very glad to see this, @PeteHegseth. You can see most all of NAS's research on the topic at:

Also see our most recent report, Checking the Classifieds, where I tracked suspicious devices at Alfred University in NY.
The small university is notorious for being a Confucius Institute stronghold and as a research hub for hypersonic missile tech:

How do you teach the lessons of 1956 to a generation that never lived under communism?
@NASorg's new Night Class episode with Andrea Lauer Rice (HAC USA, Memory Project, @VoCommunism) discusses the role of oral history, civics, and why remembering is not optional.

Seventy years ago this month, Hungarian university students demanded Soviet withdrawal and free elections. The Soviet assault beginning November 4 crushed the revolution. More than 2,500 Hungarians died in the conflict. 200,000 fled.
As America celebrates 250 years of independence and socialism gains support among its youth, @NASorg's @LillaNoraKiss offers seven lessons from Hungary’s experience with socialism.

The Pentagon recently announced the results of its research security audits of major American universities and the termination of dozens of collaborations between universities and Chinese entities of concern. Chairman @RepMoolenaar released the following statement:

When people first began 3D printing Glock frames, we knew the gun grabbers had effectively lost.
Even if you could mandate that printers recognize and refuse to print gun parts when sold, someone somewhere will just create their own firmware and reflash their printer.

You need to understand how Right-wing people under 40 view the Left.
When we think of Leftists, we do not think of Barack Obama or Ezra Klein. Yes, these guys are on the Left, but younger Millennials and Zoomers on the Right do not think of Leftists in their own age bracket as polished technocrats.
These are not the sort of people that make up our Left-wing counterparts that we grew up with, went to school with, or work with.
When we think of Leftists, the first thing that pops into our head are a bunch of disgusting, depraved, spiteful mutants who want to destroy everything around them as payback for the crime of being born.
We think of Discord troons that invaded our hobbies, Reddit mods who are drunk on the most insignificant power imaginable, that one girl from high school or college who became a literal Communist, and that friend or family member who cut off all contact because we refused to treat their mental illness like a status symbol.
We think of people who, if they ever became a majority of the country and actually managed to possess political power, would inevitably kill tens of millions of people out of blind envy and petty cruelty.
Younger people on the Right come across as impatient and anxious in their mindset and mannerisms because they understand what will eventually happen when these people succeed their Gen X and Boomer predecessors in the Democratic Party.
They know what is to come if their own generational cohorts on the Left actually take power, and they feel incredibly exasperated that it seems like none of their parents or grandparents understand just how late the hour truly is.

This is a very important work, which I read twice.
A powerful case study of conspiracy theories and how they work, and exclusive translated excerpts of Alexander Dugin’s Conspirology.
Out now!
The lie that Jeffrey Epstein ran a sexual-blackmail operation for Israeli intelligence has convinced millions of Americans that their leaders are compromised and their wars are fought on Israel’s orders. In The Epstein Conspiracy, David Reaboi, a longtime writer on political warfare and information operations, shows that Russia very likely manufactured, laundered, and activated it as information warfare. Its real target is America’s capacity to reason about its own national interests.

BREAKING: Stanford's Saudi Student Group Backed & Guided by OpenAI Spying Defendant
Starting in March 2025, leaders of the Saudi Arabian Association at Stanford publicly thanked Abdulrahman Alfozan for his "generous support," "backing," and "guidance."
They hosted him as a panelist at Stanford's business school. On the day he was arrested, he was scheduled to speak at another one of their events.

Concerning article. CCP infiltration is deep inside the university system.

This is one of the most innovative demonstrations of data journalism I have ever read. Kudos to @GoadMason for adapting such sophisticated methodologies to higher education.
