MEDIA PLACEMENT: I asked @allybees to graphically design my 2nd, personal Complex feature for me as an example. As a publicist, I tell my clients to post, share, and boost their media placements. Content is king 👑. The magic happens beyond the clipping or link - you have to put some social oomph behind it as well and leverage the placement. A PR placement is in essence also a marketing and branding exercise. Moreover, carousels and video tend to get more exposure than static posts. #publicist
People ask me how I did it⁉️I cut alcohol and continued to train 6 days a week, do cardio (approximately 250 minutes per week), and eat as clean as possible. #fitpublicist
