has been interesting getting a taste of the misogyny in the music scene recently. for example the local chicago DJ who said my wife should “get f**ked” for *accepting a dj booking* at a club. Then said that female DJs need to “wait in line” behind each other for opportunities

The whole ULEZ thing is a joke. A prime example of why we can't have wealthy leaders making ill-judged choices that affect the poorer people, who keep the London operating.
During covid we clapped the frontline now we are taking away their ability to buy shopping, take the kids out or just get to work.
The rich taxing the poor under the pretense of the helping the environment, it is nonsense, it is not helping.
Maybe tax those than won't notice it with proceeds spent on driving down the cost of greener compliant vehicles, so that everyone can afford to drive.
Instead we waste money on 1984 big brother style cameras that will no doubt in the future monitor more than traffic.
