I interpret the Giving Tree as a Christological allegory for the selfless love of Christ who is our Tree of Life (Psalm 1:3) and shade (91:1), our climbing branch (Jeremiah 23:5-6), the doctor who gives even His own blood as medicine, our rest

“Sorrow is better than laughter: for by the sadness of the countenance the heart is made better. The heart of the wise is in the house of mourning, but the heart of fools is in the house of mirth.”
Does an orthodox close equivalent to latmiyya exist? If not... I think we're on to something. Ironically the closest thing I've seen to this, with people singing together, is church worship in some churches in the US but with no soul and terrible music, I don't like it.

If you have an at-risk foid in your household it is *extremely important* that you do not let their vulnerable mind watch Hamilton. Cannot emphasize this enough. If you must, tell them you’re putting on Hamilton but instead put on Empire of Dust (2011) or Zulu (1964).
I’m proud to have the most talented, hardest-working cabinet in Virginia’s history. They are also the most diverse cabinet Virginia has ever seen. Every single one of our cabinet secretaries were selected because they’re the best of the best in their respective fields. They also bring invaluable perspectives from across the Commonwealth — from Danville, Hampton Roads, Richmond, NOVA, and more. I’m grateful to get to work with these incredibly dedicated, hard-working, and talented cabinet officials to serve the Commonwealth of Virginia. richmond.com/opinion/column/…

Believe all women except for the 40% who say they can imagine themselves making a false accusation, the 30% who know a woman who made a false accusation, the 7% who already made a false accusation and the 2% who admit to relaying their false accusation to the authorities.

Interesting, it seems embarrassment is actually the chief motive for making a false accusation, followed by revenge. Quite Cornellian if I do say

Something so quintessentially oriental about despising the honest commoner while yearning for admission to Yilong’s imperial harem. This is why Xi published his “Management Guidance for ‘Overbearing CEO’ Micro-Dramas” in 2024.
What an absolute loser. 50 years old, 4 kids, a mortgage and he works as what, a grocery stocker? Women need to be WAY pickier about who they reproduce with. Maybe he could be chill if he were doing his little grocery stocking job as a single man.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The man in the video is a Red Baron representative stocking frozen pizzas in a grocery store. He stated he has four kids and struggles to pay his mortgage amid long hours; no reports confirm he is 50 years old, and the clip shows him responding to a prank. dexerto.com/entertainment/… gofundme.com/f/support-a-ha… x.com/MrLeadslinger/…

A confidential human source (CHS) told the FBI back in 2020 that Rex Tillerson said Kushner was running a “rival state department” and trying to smear him via the New York Post as part of a Chabad-Mossad plot. (This CHS was actuallt trustworthy, contrary to opinion back in Feb.).
This book is really damning for Kushner. It claims the UAE paid Kushner $50 million to get Rex Tillerson fired as Secretary of State.

Why this CHS, shown to be Chuck Johnson, is trustworthy: teapaw.org/GoodPyre/status/201956…
The Confidential Human Source (Chuck Johnson) that ties Epstein to Mossad has been dismissed due to his notoriety, but there are reasons to take it seriously. Dershowitz has confirmed that Johnson was his summer legal assistant during the period he acted as Epstein’s lawyer. […]

Remember that the number of non-Jewish Whites is lower than what you’d expect. If Harvard is saying “20% White” for class of 2030, that means less than 13% non-Jewish Whites. (Note: the Jewish Lobby actually worked to increase Jewish enrollment since this study on class of 2025).
Harvard has just released data for the freshman class, the class of 2030. Asian American students make up 43% (41% class of 2029). This undercounts it though because some students did not self report racial background. Black % at 9% (down from 11% class of 2029). White American % is only around 20%. The New American Elite will be invariably Asian & Wasian. This is indisputable at this point. The decline of White Americans at our elite institutions over the past decade is a massively consequential trend, with cultural & social ramifications. college.harvard.edu/admissio…

Really, more than half of the “White students” at Harvard are Jewish for class of 2030. The data above undercounts Jews who are totally secular (more than 50% at an elite institition esp given intermarriage rate) and the Jews brag that they’ve increased enrollment past few years.

Thinking about youtube user mrcaptainfarte who cried to music for the very first time listening to Allegri’s 400-year-old Miserere. May the Lord bless you and keep you, captain 🫡

Thinking about how Patriarch Ilia of Georgia caused a 17% rise in national TFR, a 7x increase in youth church attendance, and doubled the polled importance of religion. 1 million people attended his funeral in 2026 (his own hymn sung). This is what Christian nationalism gets you!

High-trust, guilt-prone Europeans have literally no theory of mind for low-trust people. The low-trust lie with more boldness than when the high-trust tell the truth. Here’s a funny DoJ announcement released two hours after you made this tweet.
I believe them. Bring Samuel home.

Maybe a helpful mnemonic is in order for situations like this. “It doesn’t matter what you Sey, I’m not Ghana believe you”. This will save you guys a lot of trouble in the future. Thank me later. Be as innocent as a dove but as shrewd as a serpent next time.

I don’t make the rules; God alone designed us. Only 8% of people from Ghana believe “most people can be trusted”; in Northern Europe that reaches as high as 72% (Norway) and 86% (Denmark). This question has been proven to be a predictor of general social trust and honesty.

I think what irks me about this stuff is that the high-trust are the most sheep-like, dove-like, even Christ-like people in the world. I want them protected. The shepherds (priests and churches) should be protecting them, yet they are cowardly hired hands reneging on their duty.

Georgia 🇬🇪 apparently had a legit Christian revival from 1980 to 2010. Child church attendance rose from 7% to 50%, they 10x the churches from 200 to 2,000 (utterly insane), trust in the church as an institution doubled to 70%, and Christian affiliation rests at 99%.

Christian nationalism, Christian extremism, illberalism, “cozying up to Russia”… the result was a total national & civic renaissance with demographic healing and veiled women singing lovingly & reverently to the Lord. Doesn’t seem too bad to me.

I actually think aesthetics had a big role here too. Georgian orthodox aesthetics are especially good. Nothing gay, very traditional hymning, ancient architecture, etc. But the Georgians really love their nation and peoplehood.
