Today, we announced that our office secured a state arrest warrant for communist dictator Raúl Castro, charging him with Conspiracy to Commit First-Degree Murder for the Feb 24, 1996, shootdown of two unarmed Brothers to the Rescue aircraft over international waters.   Raúl Castro ordered the pre-meditated, state-sanctioned murder of four Floridians in cold blood.
