I'm 6'8" 330 lbs/ chest day govournator super set
3 sets of 10 reps as close to your body weight as possible. rest 2-3 minutes in between sets do 3 sets of low, mod, and high flys to press with the cables.
I go directly from one height to the next without rest..one set is 60 reps total.rest 2-3 mins between sets.
