Can’t believe I’m saying this, starting new coaching position in Sotogrande. Just the one session a week on technique which will be nice.
Big shoutout to RTW Monson. On visiting their Club Champs massive congratulations to the coaching team, the committee and of course the parents and athletes on their achievements in and out of the pool.
As good as any program I have ever visited. 👏 👏

Congratulations to Tonbridge for winning the Chris Bassi Memorial Cup for top visiting club at @RTWMonsonSC Summer Splash. Loads of PBs at Session 4, thanks to parents, swimmers, organisers and officials.
I always felt the more I put into something the more I would get out. But the delivery of what I put in is the key.🤷
On being asked today for best advice before competing I simply said “Lift your chin. Look forwards and feel positive “
So many look down which is such a negative movement.
Just saying!
Been really strange playing golf, drinking some beer and then checking the results from the BS championships. Very enjoyable though.🤭
