The evidence is in. All verifiable on db-sync. GNP1 gave delegators the best return of 1,058 Cardano pools since epoch 640, simply by refunding the minPoolCost. Of 509 small pools, only GNP1 reaches 2%. Without the fee, 9 in 10 could. minPoolCost is killing small pools. @Cerkoryn
