What these criminals did is illegal under entrapment rules. As heads of the agency they invented 'corruption' of political opponents by planting suitcases with cash on them and the courts proved it. Nobody should be able to get away with abuse of power like that

As much as the car turned left from the wrong lane, without indicating or due attention the cyclist seemed to be going straight from the left only lane and not using the designated cycling lane provided. I wouldn't do that in a car (risking collision) why is it fine for cyclists?
