Know the difference when you see it sone of us are hungrier for success than others and sometimes it gets taken as we are being to hard on a kid or going to far no we just know what success takes cause we’ve seen it and tasted it and know what it takes to achieve that – at Tyler, TX
True words competitors compete you should t care who’s on the roster as long as they have you is all that matters – at Lynchburg, VA
When a prospect is concerned about the depth chart or who else we’re signing, it tells me a lot about his competitive nature. I doubt he’s ever going to embrace covering the other teams top receiver. True competitors seek challenges, while pretenders shy away from them. #Ap2w
Real spill I’m human just like my players abd we all go through trials and tribulations – at Lynchburg, VA
#CoachingTip Never attempt to come across as a perfect person, because imperfect people don’t relate well to people who do. Being transparent allows players to feel they can relate to you, because you’ve experienced the things they’re going through. #Ap2w
And you won’t get better with this mindset – at Lynchburg, VA
Athletes who always have something to say when being coached, critiqued or corrected don’t really want to be as good as they can be. There’s no pride, excuses or attitudes issues with individuals who are truly hungry for success. #Ap2w
