As a previous Elder I can fully attest this being a genuinely awful thing to add considering the state of in-game moderation previously. I personally struggle to trust Rob that he made tools or any sort of Moderation good enough to support this and this has to be critized.

Am I crazy for saying this seems like damage control? Robtop NEVER releases trailers for updates like these. He only releases trailers for updates like 1.9, 2.0, 2.2, or any spinoff games, never a minor update like this.

is very telling. This does not "help" Geometry Dash. It harms it actively. We've been asking for BETTER MODERATION and MORE COMMUNICATION from this man, and what he decides to do is give LESS OF BOTH and not explain why. Genuinely awful.

Additionally, if it's true that Level Request streams are going obsolete (which is LIKELY given the Level Requests channel in GDS getting deleted a few weeks ago...) this makes EVERY SINGLE LEVEL REQUEST SERVER USELESS, and makes it SO MUCH HARDER to get your level rated.
