Great meetings in Utah this week with the Zermatt team as we begin integrating our technology under the recently announced agreement.
We also had productive discussions with several real estate portfolio groups exploring opportunities around tokenization services.
This is important for TAP Real Estate for a reason that goes well beyond one property.
We now have the opportunity to put our model to work across a real commercial asset, from digital infrastructure and property operations to payments, registry, ownership administration and tokenization.
For me, the bigger objective is proving that these pieces can work together in the real world and developing a model that can be repeated with other property owners and operators.
Real estate doesn't need more technology operating in silos. It needs infrastructure that connects the lifecycle of the asset while respecting the legal, operational and regulatory frameworks already in place.
Zermatt gives us an opportunity to demonstrate what that can look like.

The final $5,000 payment has been made, completing the licensing consideration and securing the perpetual, royalty-free license to TAP, Inc.’s technology stack.
The agreement is now fully satisfied, providing a long-term technology foundation for the company’s ongoing platform development and expansion.
