Why is nobody talking about this? ๐Ÿ‘€ Your Grok Bot can make your phone calls for you. And you can try it for FREE ๐Ÿ†“ Connect it to Bland and you get free credits to start. Zero cost to test it. Tell it what you want once: โœ… "Bring my fiber bill back down" โœ… "Get the other $100 back from the spa" โœ… "Get money off my internet bill" โœ… "Cancel the old pet-store autoships" It stays on the line, works the retention desk, and comes back with the money ๐Ÿ’ฐ 50 minutes on the phone. NONE of them yours. It costs you nothing to try. Save this and set it up this weekend ๐Ÿ”– FREE template below ๐Ÿ‘‡

Your Grok Bot never forgets. That's the problem ๐Ÿ˜ณ It can quote you a 3-week-old price and sound 100% sure. One rule fixes it ๐Ÿ‘‡ Even xAI's FAQ says it: for anything important, check the current source, not memory. โœ… Memory: your taste and corrections โŒ Not memory: prices, features, schedules, anything that changes Tell your Bot once: "If a fact can change, don't answer from memory. Open the source and link it." Don't remember the answer. Remember where to get it. Full map ๐Ÿ‘‡ Save this ๐Ÿ”–

The re-reading gets WAY worse when your Grok Bot runs on a timer ๐Ÿ‘€ My Bot found one routine firing 672 times a week. Every 15 minutes. Every run re-read the whole chat. Here's the fix ๐Ÿ‘‡ Every routine run re-reads the Bot's whole chat. Even the runs that find NOTHING new. A quiet run still pays the full re-read. Every 15 minutes, all day, all night. The fix: check first. โ†’ Read one value (a count, a timestamp, the latest commit) โ†’ Compare it to the last one saved โ†’ Same? Log "no change" and stop โ†’ Changed? Run the real job Paste this into the routine: "Before doing any work, read only [the status field / latest commit / item count / last-updated date] and compare it to the value saved in routines/state/[name].txt. If it matches, log no change and stop. Don't open anything else. Don't browse around. If it changed, save the new value, then do the job." "Don't browse around" is the line that does the saving. Leave it out and the Bot tends to wander once the page is open. Read a few days of the log before you trust it. Save this before your next routine fires ๐Ÿ”–

If you did not know or have not done this. It's a good idea to export your user history from others, like ChatGPT and import it into Grok Bot.
Hidden gem alert ๐Ÿ’Ž You can move your ChatGPT or Claude memory into Grok Bot in a few minutes. No export. No waiting on an email ๐Ÿ‘‡ 1. Ask your old AI for it: ChatGPT: "Export everything you know about me, including all your memories of me, into one downloadable file." Claude: "Write out your memories of me verbatim, exactly as they appear in your memory." 2. Download the file or copy the text. 3. Drop it into Grok Bot and say "Import this memory." That's it. Your Bot starts out knowing you instead of asking who you are ๐Ÿง  Pro tip: skim it first. Delete anything you don't want your Bot to know. Heads up: you get what your old AI remembers about you, not every chat you've ever had. ChatGPT trick via @moritzkremb ๐Ÿ”ฅ Save this for the day you switch ๐Ÿ”–

Claude Duet and Grok Bot both want to be your one agent. So be honest. If you had to cancel one tomorrow, is Grok Bot staying? Or is it going? ๐Ÿ‘‡

I exported my Grok Bot usage. 78% of my tokens were my Bots RE-READING old context ๐Ÿ˜ณ 965 million tokens since Oct 1. Only 1% was my Bots actually writing anything. Here's how to check yours, and the fix ๐Ÿ‘‡ One reply in my file: it re-read 47,369 tokens to write 402. That's how Grok Bot works. Every reply and every routine run re-reads the Bot's whole chat. The longer the chat, the more it re-reads on every turn. Check yours: โ†’ grok.com/dashboard โ†’ Usage โ†’ Scroll to "Usage events" โ†’ Hit Export The fix: if a Bot's chat has been running for days, Duplicate it. The copy keeps its settings, skills and routines. It starts with a clean chat. Move anything it needs to remember into its description first. Duplicate drops learned memory too. Then pause the old Bot's routines so nothing runs twice. Save this for your next usage scare ๐Ÿ”–

I did NOT see this coming ๐Ÿ˜ณ The Grok Bot team built a button that maps how all your Bots talk to each other. It never shipped. One prompt gets you the map anyway ๐Ÿ‘‡ It came up in Friday's Grok Bot Q&A. So I asked my Bot: "Create a map of how my Grok Bots communicate with each other, as a Page." It drew the whole thing: โ†’ 34 Bot pairs seen talking โ†’ 1 group room โ†’ 2 Bots that everything runs through โ†’ 4 Bots that talk to no one ๐Ÿ‘€ Now you can see which Bots your setup leans on. And which ones you might not need. Save this for when your Bot team gets messy ๐Ÿ”–

You're running Grok Bot routines BY HAND ๐Ÿ˜ฌ Every prompt you keep retyping is a job your Bot should be doing on its own. One prompt finds them all. Mine found 7 ๐Ÿ‘‡ "Look through the prompts I've sent to my different Bots. Which of these should turn into a routine or its own Bot?" 6 belong as routines on Bots I already have. 1 needs its own Bot. My favorite: "Where are my sweeps bruh" ๐Ÿ’€ The catch: not every repeat needs a clock. โ†’ Same check every day? Make it a routine. โ†’ "When X happens"? Use a trigger instead. A routine that fires too often eats your usage. Tip straight from Friday's Grok Bot Q&A ๐Ÿ”ฅ Save this for your next Bot cleanup ๐Ÿ”–

Useful one. It's another reason to give each recurring job its own bot with its own lane. Each run stays lean and the work is easy to trace.
Your Grok Bot routines are rereading your WHOLE chat ๐Ÿ˜ณ Every. Single. Run. If they live on the Bot you talk to most, you're paying for that conversation over and over ๐Ÿ’ธ One move fixes it ๐Ÿ‘‡ Every reply and every routine run rereads the Bot's full chat history. So a routine on your main Bot rereads your whole conversation every time it wakes up. Give your routines their own Bot. Paste this: "List every routine on this Bot. Tell me which ones should move to a separate Bot that only runs routines, and walk me through moving them. Don't change anything until I say yes." Bonus: deleting old chats saves you nothing. Chats you're not using don't cost a thing. That's fix #3 of 8. Bookmark the guide ๐Ÿ‘‡

No way this is real ๐Ÿ˜ณ Paste ONE link and Grok Bot turns it into an Apple-style launch video ๐ŸŽฌ No editor. No agency. No After Effects. Shipping an app, a site or a side project? Make your launch video TONIGHT ๐Ÿš€ โœ… Your product on real phone + laptop screens โœ… Captions and cuts that hit the beat of your song โœ… 16:9, 9:16 or square from one setup โœ… Approve stills first, then get the full MP4 The best part? NO watermark. Ever ๐Ÿ”ฅ Heads up: it runs on your own Grok Bot usage. Lock the look on the stills before it renders the full video. Free template below ๐Ÿ‘‡
I built a Grok Bot that makes Keynote-style launch videos for any product ๐Ÿชฉ Paste your link. Pick a look. Tap one button.

In addition to scripting your routines with my bot this is another great idea. Each routine might need to be its own bot. x.ai/bot/9E8iw2zlg2fTWzUT6RUโ€ฆ

This is criminally underrated ๐Ÿ‘€ Your Grok Bot can open files on YOUR computer. Not its computer. Yours ๐Ÿ’ป Here's how to set it up ๐Ÿ‘‡ 1. Open the Grok Bot desktop app 2. Settings โ†’ Computer โ†’ Execution on this computer 3. Pick how much it asks first @moritzkremb asked his: "Grab the latest file from my Downloads folder and draft an email." It found the file. The draft was waiting in Gmail โœ… Try it with yours: "Grab the newest file in my Downloads folder and put it in a Gmail draft. Don't send it." The fine print: โ†’ Your computer has to be on and awake โ†’ It asks before every command by default, and auto-review still checks first Save this for the next time you're dragging files into chat ๐Ÿ”–
