What an awesome experience !
Day 3 of #PAA2025 was filled with more sessions and conversations as attendees continued to dive into the science driving potato research forward.
The day ended with one of the most anticipated events of the week—the PAA Dinner & Auction at the Madison Children’s Museum!

Officially a published scientist! A great way to close out a successful year.
Y me encanta haber publicado así, con dos apellidos, porque tengo una mamá que sin ella no estaría aquí 🫶🏾

Expecting latin superstar Bad Bunny to offer an endorsement is emblematic of how entitled Democrats feel to our blind colonial servitude. BB is focused on historic PRican elections. Meanwhile Kamala, Biden & Dems have done nothing for Puerto Rico except sell us out to WallStreet
I’ve never seen such a bigger scam then comprehensive fees for graduate students. Please abolish them.

Members of the TPSC attended the @ASPB Conference in Honolulu, Hawaii. Ph.D. students Joseph Taylor and Guillian Hernández presented their individual posters, and Dr. Song Li gave a talk titled “Moving towards closed-loop control systems for plant production with AI and robotics”
Thrilled to have been part of the centenary celebration of @ASPB in Hawai’i. It was an incredible experience to engage with scientists around the world, ultimately leading to new perspective on research.
Special tanks to @RootandShootRCN for the travel award!

Shanghai Jiao Tong University has an entire five-story building solely for teaching labs.
Undergraduate students can take hands-on courses in protein design, fermentation, gene-editing, and much more.
I haven't seen programs of a comparable scale for undergrads in the U.S.

Kamala Harris mindlessly dances to song protesting her visit to US colony of Puerto Rico, stops clapping once her aide translates it.
🎵 "We want to know, Kamala, what did you come here for? We want to know what you think of the colony."
