Absolute incompetence from @Flipkart exchange program! They sent an "expert" who couldn't even tell the difference between a damaged screen guard and a broken phone screen. The exchange was unjustly rejected because of their untrained personnel.
@Flipkart , this is beyond incompetent, it's blatant fraud. After complng at an untraind "exprt" mistaknly rejcting a phone, the same prson ws snt back fr order ID:OD435273973391248100. This prsn, predictably, now rejcted another phone again.
