HBL, in collaboration with the State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC), brought together breast cancer awareness, women’s entrepreneurship and financial empowerment at the Pinktober Hope Bazaar, held at SBP BSC Head Office, Karachi. The event was graced by Qadir Bakhsh, Managing Director - SBP BSC, Tariq Riaz, Director GSD - SBP BSC, and Maya Ismail, Chief Impact Officer - HBL and Chairperson - HBL Microfinance Bank. The occasion highlighted the importance of awareness and early detection in supporting women’s health and well-being. The Hope Bazaar provided a platform for women entrepreneurs to showcase their businesses while raising funds for a Dow University NGO initiative supporting breast cancer awareness. Dedicated HBL Nisa and HBL Konnect kiosks introduced women to banking products and services and facilitated account opening to promote financial inclusion. HBL Nisa also showcased its breast cancer insurance coverage, reflecting its commitment to women’s health and well-being.
