🏗️ What is BEPS?
Buildings make up more than 1/3 of climate pollution in our city. Seattle adopted the Building Emissions Performance Standard (BEPS) law to set emissions reduction targets for existing buildings larger than 20k square feet. BEPS aims to reduce fossil fuel use while making buildings safer and healthier for residents.
📞 What is BEPS support?
OSE’s free tech support and training program to help building owners and managers meet the requirements of the @CityofSeattle’s BEPS and @WAStateCommerce’s Clean Buildings Performance Standard laws. Comes with group trainings, virtual drop-ins, planning, and more.
