So if you don’t have a Tv licence you won’t find out
🚨 NEW: The Government's "Black Sky" contingency plans for a national water or power blackout - Around 100 BBC staff would be deployed to run an emergency RM radio studio stocked with enough food, water and fuel to keep it running for 3 days - The BBC would broadcast pre-written Government scripts through the studio, including how to ration water, what to do if toilets stop working and which food to eat first (see scripts below) - Radio masts would switch to diesel generators to keep broadcasts going for up to 72 hours without electricity - BBC teams would use satellite phones to stay in contact, with agreed meeting points and backup arrangements if those phones stop working - They would also report from emergency centres across the UK using satellite-equipped BBC vehicles to help keep information flowing to the public - Emergency services would have alternative ways to communicate if mobile phone networks stopped working - The Government is putting £70m towards aircraft that could restore mobile phone and internet coverage across the UK for over a week

Grand opening day was a memory I will never forget Soon as this park was announced I knew I needed to be there day 1. From an idea to frantically purchasing opening day tickets to being there crying my eyes out. Priceless
Nothing compares to seeing this view for the first time 💫

We direct our focus 🤔🤔 and somehow Paulo returned.
As we close Halloween Horror Nights 35, I reflect on just how special this year has been. As creatives, we don’t get many anniversary events in our careers, and each one represents something truly meaningful. A celebration of everything that has come before us, the countless stories we’ve told, and the incredible people who have helped shape this event into what it is today. But it’s also the beginning of another chapter. For me, one of the greatest rewards of doing what we do is watching all of you experience the worlds we’ve created. Seeing your excitement, hearing your reactions, and knowing these stories mean as much to you as they do to us is something I’ll never take for granted. There’s also something incredibly special about seeing Jack the Clown, Oddfellow and our legendary HHN icons and characters come together to celebrate 35 years of Halloween Horror Nights. These characters represent decades of imagination, artistry, and extraordinary talent, both behind the scenes and in the spotlight. They’ve become so much more than personas in a Halloween event. They’re part of its history, its identity, and the memories of generations of horror fans. Watching audiences embrace them again this year has been an absolute joy. I’m incredibly thankful for our entire Entertainment team and every division within UO that pours their creativity, talent, and dedication into bringing this massive event to life. And especially to the incredible scareactors and performers who tirelessly bring the fear night after night. Your commitment, energy, and passion for Halloween Horror Nights and the horror genre itself are what truly breathe life into these experiences. You are the heartbeat of this event, and I couldn’t be prouder of what you deliver every single night. And to our fans, thank you for embracing these stories, celebrating our characters, and sharing your love of horror with us. You are why we continue to push ourselves creatively, year after year. I’ve always looked at our anniversary years as a chance to celebrate the stories we’ve told, the characters we’ve created, and the memories we’ve made along the way. Perhaps when the 40th rolls around, we’ll pull that book off the shelf again and discover a few more chapters worth telling. Or perhaps the story takes us somewhere entirely unexpected. That’s part of the magic of what we do. We never really know what the future holds. As our Infernal Carnival and all horrors within comes to close... Somewhere in the darkness, we direct our focus on the next nightmare… Happy Halloween Horror Nights… Till the fog rolls once again… -Mike
