🚨 Wayne Rooney sends a BRUTAL warning to Michael Carrick: STOP being Mr Nice Guy or Manchester United's players will get you SACKED! 🤯 "And I can only say now, looking back and reflecting on them two, if I was there in Michael Carrick's position now, I'd come out fighting. You come out fighting, and there's no more Mr Nice Guy. And yeah, there's certain things you've got to do to protect them players, but you have to come out fighting for yourself. Because them players will drag you down, and it's going to be you who's going to lose your job over it. Then the players, we've seen it time and time again, there's a lack of... they don't care. They don't care, you know. And then what will we see again? They'll have a little bounce when the new manager comes in again. They don't care. I've said this for a long time. A lot of them players need to move from that football club because it's not a nice feeling in there. There's players who've been there a long time. It needs fresh faces, needs fresh minds, fresh ideas in there. Because we're going to see more of this. If he doesn't come out fighting and doesn't show who's the boss, then we're going to see more of what's happened over the last week."

Gabby Agbonlahor takes a BRUTAL dig at Arsenal: “Parking the bus? That's what Arsenal do.” Host: “If you're a Villa side and you're coming up against PSG, how would you like your Villa side to set up against them? Would you maybe park the bus a little bit?” Gabby Agbonlahor: “No, that's what Arsenal do. So, um, we've got PSG actually, haven't we, in the Champions League at the Parc. So, we will see. I think a manager like Unai Emery will have a plan. Have a go, you know, have a go.” Host: “Champions League, have a go. And if you're beaten 5-0, at least you had a go.”

Wayne Rooney reveals he smashed Ravel Morrison's phone at Man United. “I remember when Ravel Morrison was coming through, and we used to have the old BlackBerry phone where you had the email address on the front. So I put my phone on charge. We'd gone out to train, and it was on like a little corner in the room. Come in, your phone's been took off and there's a phone on charge. So I'm thinking, like, one of the lads in the dressing room was... And I looked and I seen Ravel Morrison's charger. He's come in, took mine off and left his. So I've called him to the room, smashed his phone up.”

🤕 “Saka DIVES all over the place... the minute he looks like losing possession, he’s down!” 🚫 “Anyone who simulates a foul is a CHEAT!” Graeme Souness calls Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka a “cheat” for going down too easily... 📺 youtu.be/flpiWmEZyEQ @piersmorgan

Rio Ferdinand: Man United CAN'T compete financially with Liverpool, Chelsea and Man City. "You've got to take all of the things we've just discussed into account when you're analysing certain moves or transfers or situations around the club. And sometimes you have to be realistic about where Manchester United are now." “Man United can't go and blow money like Liverpool, Chelsea, Man City. They can't. So sometimes you've got to do what you've got to do in the window." "And I want to stress this point again. If Man United could have paid the money for Anderson and Barcola, do you not think they'd have gone and done it? They couldn't." "You can't blow your whole transfer budget, £115 million, on Anderson when you've only got Kobbie Mainoo as your fit midfielder there, and you need two players in that position."

The Eze conundrum = The Odegaard conundrum. Funny how Eze has a poor game and suddenly the focus shifts to the forward position. Eze is literally competing with Odegaard for his preferred role, and Ødegaard simply does it better. On the left wing, Eze didn't even attempt to dribble past a player. I'd love to see how many times he passed backwards. Saka lost the ball trying to beat defenders, but at least he tried.
The Eze conundrum: The fact is, Eze has never had a great game with Havertz as his starting striker. His best performances last season came when Gyökeres was his striker, with a few good ones when Merino led the line. Eze naturally plays at his best alongside an in-behind runner who can run the channels and stretch the pitch vertically, giving him space to carry the ball or pass into. Gyökeres fits that profile perfectly, much like Mateta did for him at Palace. He also performs well alongside Merino because Merino tends to occupy the box. Eze is at his worst when paired with a space-suffocating striker who spends the entire game overlapping his wingers and making DM shifts. The space becomes congested, limiting Eze’s ability to operate, and he becomes predictable for opponents.

Gary Neville believes the standards at Manchester United have fallen so low that supporters are now applauding players simply for showing effort and commitment. "Fans have stayed behind at the end there today and clapped Michael Carrick and the players. That's not because they think that that's the best team in the world, those Manchester United fans, because they can recognize that they've actually gone out there today and they've put a shift in. They've won their duels. They've thrown their head at it. And so, it's a low base that Manchester United fans actually accept. They want to win. They want to win titles and Champions Leagues. But I tell you what, if you fight for them, they'll stay with you for a long time. But if you don't run and you don't show effort and you don't show enthusiasm, they'll boo you off the pitch or they'll boo you after 25 minutes like they did against Tottenham at home last week because they're not accepting that. They've not fought in their lives every single day of their week from Monday to Friday, give up hundreds of pounds of their salaries at weekends to come and watch you lot not try. They're not having that. But they will respond to fight and to spirit and to a competitiveness. They will."

Arsenal might be the ugliest team to watch playing football. The main thing is they always find away to beat teams. Put some respect on Noni Madueke’s name.

Worst half of football I’ve seen from Arsenal this season. Haven’t come close to scoring. Eze really needs to be subbed at half time. Every time he gets the ball … he passes it back. 😭😭 Man City might run away with the league at this rate 😶‍🌫️
Arsenal are long overdue a game where they put 5 or 6 goals past an opponent. Brighton have already scored 22 Premier League goals, while Manchester City have a +12 goal difference. Arsenal have scored just 10 league goals, with a goal difference of +5. Looking at today's lineup, this feels like the perfect opportunity to close that gap. Time for Arsenal to make a statement👀

Joe Hart admits it’s a difficult time to be associated with Manchester City but remains deeply loyal to the club, having grown up there as a player and built lasting relationships with its people. He continues to stand by the club’s hierarchy "100%" because of the personal trust and relationships he developed over the years.
