Dawg why is everyone so uneducated about taxes. Those brackets are for your TAXABLE income. All the money you put in a 401k/457b/backdoor Roth/HSA reduces that number. And so does your standard vs itemized deduction.
A married couple making $250k with an average retirement plan will have a taxable income of 187k, they don't even reach the 24% bracket.
In federal taxes my wife and I pay 18.2% of taxable income and only 12.4% of combined gross income

For the curious: Elon is trying to grift a sustainable business model for SpaceX. If you put a (shielded) GPU in space it will still degrade from radiation bit flips, it might last 5 years with current technology before it needs to decommissioned.
So essentially what he's trying to shill is that SpaceX can put your GPUs in space, where there are far fewer regulations or politicsl hassle than terrestrial datacenters. The cooling problem can technically be solved and it will sound more environmentally friendly.
But he's very aware that we don't, and may never have a solution for the radiation problem and that his company would be the one to replace your whole GPU stack by flying a new one to space every 3-5 years.

One of the most grave prescribing errors I see from other physicians is not warning patients that the way a stimulant feels on days 1-5 is not how the stimulant is supposed to feel and not how it will feel long-term. Puts patients at major risk of future misuse.
