South Dakota NIL: A sponsor wants to film an athlete's paid endorsement in the school gym. SDHSAA prohibits using member-school facilities for compensated NIL activities. Location matters just as much as the contract. JDFootballTraining.com/nil #SouthDakotaNIL

Tennessee NIL: Transferring schools doesn't make your old jersey available for paid endorsements. TSSAA restrictions cover branding from schools athletes currently or previously attended. Even old photos matter. JDFootballTraining.com/nil #TennesseeNIL

Texas NIL: Can a parent sign for a 16-year-old athlete? Not as a workaround. UIL guidance prohibits NIL agreements involving prospective athletes 16 or younger, including agreements through relatives. Turning 17 doesn't remove UIL restrictions. JDFootballTraining.com/nil #TXNIL
