In December 1814, British and American diplomats signed the Treaty of Ghent and shook hands. There was no one at the table to represent the Indigenous nations. They lost more from that treaty than anyone in the room. 👇

Ask an American who won the War of 1812 and you’ll probably hear about the Battle of New Orleans. A decisive American victory, fought two weeks after the peace treaty was signed. It changed nothing in the peace terms.

One of America’s main reasons for the War of 1812 was British restrictions on trade. Britain repealed them on June 23, 1812. The US had declared war on June 18. The news just hadn’t crossed the Atlantic yet.

Failing politicians always look to create an external enemy. You'd think that would be China, Iran, and Russia, not a long time ally. MAGA: Support Russia, punish Canada.

I support "a sunset on extraordinary powers." Every law should have a sunset clause. It would force a review. The environmental harm concern is overblown. We have plenty of laws against polluting the environment.

I listened to that podcast. Jones was awful.
Owen Jones came on Triggernometry. After being given lots of speaking time, he was asked a few probing questions and immediately turned the conversation into a gotcha style debate. This naturally resulted in him being destroyed with facts and lots of people on the internet laughing at him. Now he is so butthurt, he spends his days posting videos no one watches about how he was right about everything. While having me and Francis blocked. Loser energy.

So the other 1/3rd were killed by non-climate change heat? Can anyone explain how to determine who died from climate change heat and who died from normal heat?

The sequel to this is out today. Who won the War of 1812?
On October 13, Mark Carney marked the anniversary of Queenston Heights. A National Post editor replied that Canada didn’t exist in 1812, so Brock wasn’t fighting for Canada. Technically true. Intellectually bankrupt. Here’s why 1812 is Canadian history. 👇

I support this concept. Lower taxes and promote competition in telecom and banking. Where else do we need to do this?
Mark Carney on what Elon Musk's throttling of Starlink means for Canada: "We do not want to be caught in a situation where we are reliant on one provider that puts Canadians at risk or compromises our sovereignty, our ability to express our values and live our values."

3 years may be a lifetime if you're trying to remember all the lies you've told but when it comes to immigration its' no time at all.
This is just so wrong-headed. It’s not 2023 any more.
