Web3 projects are mostly built based on scarcity and exclusive access (NFT's for gated access). At the same time, we're saying we want mass user adoption. Lots of friction and walled gardens in the space. We need more transparency, simplicity, and inclusivity.

Big content creators help with the top part of the marketing funnel (Awareness). Small and medium-sized creators are great with acquisition and retention. (Interest/Consideration) The takeaway is don't be exclusive when working with creatives. Align creators of all sizes.
