We lost a dear friend,
Annie De Silva. The ceremony brought ppl together from across the wld, laughing/crying/singing/celebrating Annie’s uniqueness & nrg. She was a radiant light & co-founded the Prana Lounge in Sri Lanka, a lasting legacy. We miss you Annie but carry you w/ us.
The #FloralBoxFormula captures lessons in life & leadership from my grandmother’s flower shop in the Midlands. It’s a celebration of old school values but recipes for success are as relevant today as they were when the rickety door of The Floral Box swung open for the 1st time.

Earlier this year, our Care Team took a break from their busy schedules for a team day at The Ark and Barnet Rugby Club. The day included a sports day-style challenge, a scavenger hunt and a team picnic.

Employers are increasingly turning to temporary workers to maintain flexibility amid ongoing economic uncertainty.
The latest #ReportOnJobs found:
🔹 Permanent placements fell at the fastest rate since July 2025
🔹 Temporary billings rose at the strongest pace in over three years
🔹 Demand for permanent staff weakened, while temp demand stabilised
🔹 Candidate availability continued to increase

Labour has been warned not to “regulate flexible jobs out of existence” after new polling found two-thirds of part-time workers chose their role specifically because it offered flexibility around childcare or studying.

#JobsOutlook: Employers still plan to hire, but confidence in the decision-making environment has weakened.
Hiring outlooks for both permanent and temporary roles remained positive in February–April 2026, though sentiment eased slightly from the previous quarter.
Key findings:
📉 Confidence in the UK economy fell to net: -43%
📊 Short-term permanent hiring sentiment: net: +5%
📈 Medium-term permanent hiring sentiment rose to net: +7%
📉 Short-term temporary hiring sentiment fell to net: +2%
