I don’t see how… They can just declare it illegitimate. I mean, how is that supposed to work with Democratic governors and not everybody on their side? How can you just declare a federal government illegitimate for something that they’re legally doing? He’s legally allowed to invoke the Insurrection Act if specific conditions are met. Yeah, so that’s my original framing because I saw like a timeline… that was just one timeline. And to answer your question, how a government is declared illegitimate, I mean it’s the same way that the international community recognized the legitimacy of last night’s election in Brazil, right? It’s a collective understanding, and I have files right here which say that the media needs to be preceded with narratives, right? And that’s one of their goals… We have to make sure that get our stories straight… Make sure that we’re all on the same page, and we just saw how foreign governments are involved in that process. They don’t need a court order or a constitutional mechanism. They need enough coordinated voices — media, NGOs, Democratic governors, and foreign governments — saying the same thing at the same time. The Insurrection Act is the trigger they want. Once it’s invoked, the pre-written narrative is ready: Trump is illegitimate, the governors are now the highest authority.
