Here’s a tip on keeping cool in heat that I learned in Sudan. If u have to be outside for any length of time in these temps, esp in open countryside with no shade, then get a headscarf, soak it in water, tie it around your head and it’ll keep u cool for hrs. Worked for me in 45C!
