Space Mission Day! Astronauts launched and flew off into space. They lost communication with ground command (teacher), so they had to complete the online mission by relying on each other. Leaders & experts emerged - the collaboration was amazing! Mission Complete! @HanwellSchool

Emily Reagon (STU teacher candidate) & I set up an invitation to play after seeing the strong interest in space expressed by our Ss. We can’t wait to see them make it their own and bring it to life as we delve deeper into to the topic. @HanwellSchool

The power of unstructured play in nature for children is immeasurable. It’s so good for their mental, social and physical well-being. There are so many great experiences and lessons learned when we extend the walls of the classroom to the outdoors! @HanwellSchool
As part of our skills trade and manufacturing program, our students learned to do masonry, pipe fitting and tiling. We are lucky to have such wonderful spaces for our students to learn the trade skills.
