Sorrowfully @KristanHawkins and her team at @StudentsforLife and @SFLAction are on the record publicly opposing equal protection efforts in North Dakota, Tennessee, and other conservative states, not to mention their candidate survey which actively discourages current and future state lawmakers from supporting criminal penalties for women who willfully murder their preborn babies. The pro-life bills they push contain loopholes keeping abortion legal for women, regulate the circumstances of abortion, and fall far short of treating abortion as prenatal homicide.

Kristan Hawkins has done more to abolish abortion than any of the so called "abolitionists" who spend more time trying to tear her down than working to end abortion. You look like a fool when you say she "wants legal abortion" while the sign behind her in the picture you posted literally says "Abortion is Human Sacrifice," and pictures her on a college campus working to change minds about abortion. She and Students for Life are literally being sued right now over a bill we worked to pass in Texas to end Chemical Abortion pill trafficking. This is because pro-life bills actually work. The organization she built has trained THOUSANDS of young people, including myself, on pro-life logic and how to make effective change. Meanwhile, the "abolitionist" side has NOTHING to show for their work. They have passed exactly ZERO legislation. Instead, they sow division and attempt to stop pro-life bills that will save lives. The ONLY REASON abortion isn't legal in every state is because the pro-life movement (led in a large part by Kristan and Students for Life) has worked tirelessly to change hearts and minds while advocating for bills that can and do pass, like the Texas Heartbeat Bill, which the abolitionist side strongly criticized. Attempting to punish women who have abortions with prison or the death penalty (which the "abolitionist" side argues for) is not the answer. That position only pushes people away from wanting to end abortion at all. I used to call myself a fan of Seth Gruber, and I'm disappointed to see that he now chooses to degrade Kristan Hawkins and Students for Life, and advocate for unnecessarily controversial policies that have no chance of passing into law, instead of working to make incremental change to save lives and ultimately end abortion. This post is 100% my own. I do not speak on behalf of anyone but myself.

“She’s immune.” That’s what Jocelyn Byrum’s defense told the court — claiming SC law shields her even after she intentionally took abortion pills to kill her 27‑week unborn daughter. The baby survived 👶 She’s in state custody 🏛️ And the defense says the law requires zero accountability ❌⚖️ This loophole exists because pro‑life groups demanded maternal immunity and helped write it into law. Now it’s a shield for intentional acts that nearly killed a child. 🛡️🔥 The Solicitor called the argument “absurd.” He’s right. What’s truly absurd is that pro‑life groups built this loophole — and still defend it — while victims like this unborn child get no justice. 😡👶 A law that excuses intentional killing is reprehensible 🚫 Not justice. Not biblical. 📖

South Carolina is watching a dangerous trend. 🚨 Clinic abortions are falling, but at‑home abortions are surging — all under the shield of maternal immunity. 📊 Since 2023: ⬇️ Clinic abortions cut in half ⬆️ Telehealth abortions more than doubled Maternal immunity removes accountability and leaves unborn children without equal protection. 👶⚖️ South Carolina deserves better. 🛡️❤️ Maternal immunity isn’t compassion - it’s a loophole. #EPSC #MaternalImmunity #SCPolicy #EqualProtection

Time is running out to have your voice heard on the changes to the census. It is absolutely critical that the 2030 census only counts people that are in a state LEGALLY! If you agree, share your thoughts here: regulations.gov/document/USB…

THIS IS GETTING RIDICULOUS. Now even the Democrat PACs are trying to help Darline Graham defeat Ralph Norman in the South Carolina GOP primary. Billionaire Democrat donor Kris Larsen spent $11 million to elect Kamala Harris in 2024. Larsen's PAC, Invest in Tomorrow Coalition just announced they're spending $1 million to defeat Norman and elect Graham. Even Democrats know Graham is a Democrat. They're hoping South Carolina voters don't figure it out before August 25.

Wake up, South Carolina. Darline Graham's only political donations were to Sen. Katrina Shealy, a liberal pro-choice legislator who was defeated for filibustering pro-life legislation. Liberal Democrat Congressman Jim Clyburn posted on X about how much he loves her and how great she'll be for the state, practically endorsing her. Liberal PBS just also practically endorsed her in a glowing puff piece. Graham's liberal close friend just admitted to the NY Times she's not really partisan, ie she's not really a Republican, and that she won't always take Trump's side. Who's side will she take then? Democrat Minority Leader Chuck Schumer? Because that's the only other option. On Friday, she refused to take questions from reporters on how she would vote. Again, wake up, South Carolina.

The Republican Party via elected officials in red states is far worse than you imagine. The Republican Party via grassroots in red states is far more conservative than their elected officials. The major disconnection between voter base and grassroots is vulnerability to big money deception.

📣 The Real Story Behind SC’s 2025 Abortion Numbers Yes — reported abortions dropped 16% (3,025 → 2,534). But that’s only what South Carolina can count. The state report excludes: • Telehealth abortions • Mail‑order pills • Shield‑law providers • Self‑managed chemical abortions Independent datasets show 5,000–7,800 abortions affecting SC residents in 2025. The heartbeat law didn’t stop abortion — it moved it underground. We can’t build policy on half‑visible data. #SCPolitics #EqualProtection #ProLifeTruth #SCAbortionData

This guy will not be missed by the conservatives in the State House. He’s vengeful “mean girl.” When he announced to his caucus, they need to kill the bill in the morning and stated “no Freedom Caucus Bill should ever pass this legislature.“ Then he played dumb when a newspaper reporter asked him why he killed the Bill.
Rep Davey Hiott killed the bill to make ivermectin OTC in SC - suggesting his constituents go to Tractor Supply to buy it. “If people want to use it, go use it…If they believe that that’s what they need, that’s fine, but you could buy it [at] Tractor Supply right now.” @SCFreedomCaucus @SCGOP @SCHouseGOP

Here is South Carolina Rep. Scott Montgomery of Spartanburg (District 32) celebrating the killing the Ivermectin over the counter bill after voting with the Democrats. Why is he cheering? The liberal RINO leadership in our legislature voted with Democrats to kill that bill to punish conservatives and the upstate for defeating the McMaster machine AND sending every member of the conservative Freedom Caucus, who they tried to defeat, back to Columbia. And we drop-kicked their girl for governor, Pam Evette. Before, the Ivermectin bill was uncontroversial and had already passed both chambers. Apparently the machine is very angry at us. That shows you how hard the Upstate hit them on Tuesday in the runoff election. These same liberal legislators are the ones who run slick, well-funded ads at election time telling you how conservative they are. But this is what they actually do when you send them to Columbia -- spend their time punishing actual conseravatives and blocking good bills that wouldn't be constroversial in any other Republican legislature in the country. It's got to stop.
Rep Scott Montgomery celebrates killing Ivermectin over the counter today. But hey at least he showed up to vote unlike half the last session.

If you live in South Carolina and get an election mailer from Palmetto Truth Project or Conservative Grassroots Network Election Fund, these are liberal groups masquerading as right-wing groups. They want to knock out the only conservative members of the legislature left: The Freedom Caucus. Nearly every word is a lie. They voted the opposite. If you're a conservative, YOU should vote FOR whoever these groups are attacking. They know Freedom Caucus members don't have money to fight back because they aren't RINOs owned by liberal special interests. Please vote for Thomas Beach, Josiah Magnuson, Diane Mitchell, April Cromer and Rob Harris if you live in their state legislative districts.

👋Meet South Carolina’s newly appointed Public Health Director— -Donated to Biden DURING Pandemic. -Ran all COVID vaccine campaigns in SC. -Put her infant in COVID vaccine trials… -Pushed mask mandates & shutdowns. -Called for Trump to be impeached. She was just appointed by “Republican”@henrymcmaster And the biggest irony—she donated to McMaster’s Democrat opponent James Smith… Do you trust her judgment to manage public health?
